Q: Can the pre-painted sheet be grooved? Does it generate heat?
: You can groove it shallowly, but not deeply. The machine heats up but is still acceptable.

Q: Is it loud? I use it at home, and there is no separate room. I do some DIY projects occasionally, and I'm afraid it will disturb the neighbors.
High-speed tools like this are generally not quiet.

Q: To be honest, how is this machine? Does it have high precision?
A: It should be suitable for regular woodworking tasks. It's not typically used for highly precise work, I suppose.

Q: Can it be used to create dovetail joints in solid wood? What about white oak? Is it too hard?
: Yes, it can. White oak shouldn't be too hard.

Q: Can it be used to groove stone?
A: No, it cannot.

Q: Can it be used to create sliding doors for pine or beech wood?
: Yes, it can.

Q: Can it be used to create straight edges and 45° beveled edges on acrylic sheets?
A: Yes, it can. Just make sure to buy an appropriate fence.

Q: Is it effective, and does it get hot after prolonged use?
A: It works decently, but it's not typically used for extended periods.

Q: Has anyone used it for cutting gypsum board?
: Cutting gypsum board should be quite easy. I find it works well and quickly on wood.

Q: Can it groove particleboard, like the kind used for straight edges?
: No, it cannot. Its power is too low for that.

Q: Can it be used to create holes in loudspeakers? Do I need to buy specific router bits?
: It should work for thin boards.

Q: Can it be used to create a 2cm wide and 0.5cm deep groove in waterproof wood boards?
: It should be able to, but you might need to make multiple passes to achieve the desired depth.

Q: Can it be used to create lock grooves in doors?
: Yes, it can, with the right router bit. First, drill the lock groove manually, then use the edge trimmer to refine it. Nowadays, there are lock groove templates available online for added convenience.

Q: Is it useful for making holes in boards?
: It can be used for that, but for drilling holes, a drill is generally better.

the speed is quite fast

I've received the goods, tried it out, and the speed is quite fast. It doesn't shake much, not bad.

The results are very good

I bought a trimmer for the first time, looked at many options, and finally decided to give this one a try. The results are very good, and I can start DIY projects now.
